Privacy Policy

Vishnova Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates CCed (Cognitive Coverage) at cced.io. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — email address, name, and authentication credentials managed through Supabase
• Payment information — billing details processed by Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers on our servers
• Usage data — audit counts, feature usage, subscription tier, and interaction with CCed features
• Technical data — browser type, IP address, device information, and log data for security and diagnostics
• GitHub integration — read-only access to repository names and file tree structures when you connect GitHub; no repository content is stored on our servers

Source code submitted for auditing is never stored. Code is processed in memory only and is discarded immediately after the audit completes. We do not retain, index, or train on your submitted code.

We use your information to:

• Deliver and improve CCed's auditing and analysis features
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional emails (account, billing, security)
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising.

We share data only with the following service providers:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — database hosting and authentication
• Anthropic — AI API for audit processing, under their Data Processing Agreement

We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

• Account data — retained for the life of your account plus 90 days after deletion
• Audit results — retained for the life of your account
• Payment records — retained for 7 years as required by applicable law

We protect your data with TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, row-level security on database tables, and regular security reviews. No system is completely secure; please use a strong password and notify us of any suspected breach.

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or export of your personal data. We will respond within 30 days. Contact legal@cced.io to exercise these rights.

CCed is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
