Refund Policy

1. Overview

Vishnova Labs LLC wants you to be satisfied with CCed. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for prorated refunds — you retain access through the end of your current billing period.

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current period.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of the initial purchase if you have used fewer than 10 audits during that period.

After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent renewal at the end of the annual term.

4. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial period expires to avoid being charged.

5. Guaranteed Full Refund Exceptions

We will issue a full refund regardless of the policies above in the following circumstances:

  • Technical error or duplicate billing on our part
  • Service unavailable for 72 or more consecutive hours during your paid subscription period
  • Fraudulent account access resulting in unauthorized charges

6. How to Request

Email legal@cced.io with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your CCed account email address
  • Date of the charge
  • Reason for the refund request

We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

7. Disputes

Please contact us at legal@cced.io before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving billing issues directly.
